Cohelion is an ambitious data company based in vibrant Rotterdam and sunny Valencia.
We have been around for over 20 years. Since then, Cohelion has been creating solutions for data integration, data management and big data for organizations.
With a dedicated team, we are working on a high-end data platform, which is currently in use at various organizations - including multinationals with hundreds of locations worldwide.
All our colleagues are individually skilled, highly motivated team players and passionate about creating simple and user-friendly data solutions that provide organizations with valuable insights and information.

Workplace and corporate culture
Cohelion is located in the Schiecentrale with a view of the Maas and good accessibility by car and public transport. The office is modern and spacious with excellent ergonomic facilities. A top location to work with many surrounding facilities, catering and convenience. For the non-remote colleagues there is a daily joint lunch and snacks and popsicles in good weather.
At Cohelion we respect the balance between work and private life with sufficient opportunity to combine your productivity with parenthood and other private obligations. There has also been a natural balance between working in the office and working remotely within the team for years.
On a social level there are regular company activities, both ad hoc and planned. Recurring items are the regular outings where colleagues from Rotterdam, Valencia and the 'remote' from Greece come together for the more 'epic' trips. Highlights of recent years include a visit to CERN in Geneva, a weekend trip to Ukraine (with an excursion to Chernobyl), several trips to the Alps for hiking, climbing and snowboarding or climbing the Etna volcano in Sicily.

Are the trains not running? Are you expecting a big package at home today? Is your child sick? Then you can work from home for a day, no problem! And tomorrow you can just come back to work at the office to tell your best joke during lunch. :)

With our extensive Activity Calendar you won't be bored! There is always a pub quiz, lunch, quarterly meeting or other outing planned. And then we also have our biennial EPIC trips abroad!
